U.S. Continental Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all Continental U.S. orders.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. During sales, promotions, or new launches, processing may take up to 2 weeks due to high order volume. If more time is required, you will be notified by email or SMS.

Delivery Time: After fulfillment, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days.

Tracking: You will receive an email/SMS with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We are planning to expand into international shipping in the future. Sign up for our email/SMS list to be notified when available.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing:
Email us at customerservice@inhairitedhaircare.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Do not open or use the product. Items must remain unworn, unused, unopened, with seals intact, and in original packaging.
  • Pictures may be required for our records.

Out of Stock/Backorders
If a product is out of stock, you will be notified promptly. In some cases, we may ship the available items first and send the remainder as a backorder at no extra shipping cost.

Lost/Stolen Packages
INHAIRITED is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We will provide all delivery details so you can follow up with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
  • Contact us at customerservice@inhairitedhaircare.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos for verification.
  • Once confirmed, we will work with you to replace or resolve the issue.
