RETURN POLICY

Because of the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept standard returns. 

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, accessories, styling tools, or other wearable items are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.

Trial Options: We encourage you to try our Test & Trial samples before committing to full-size products.

Condition Requirement for Approved Returns: If a return exception is granted, items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, with seals/tags intact.
