EXCHANGE/REFUND


Because our products are handcrafted, we do not offer standard exchanges or refunds.

Exchanges: We do not process exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order.

Refunds: Refunds are typically issued as store credit (excluding shipping/handling fees). Store credit is issued once the returned product is received and approved.

Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Granted

A refund to the original payment method may be approved if:

  • The wrong product, variation, or quantity was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged in transit.
  • The product is defective or unusable due to a manufacturing issue.
  • The order was not delivered due to a confirmed shipping error (not customer address error).
  • The product arrived expired, spoiled, or unsafe before first use.

How to Request an Exception

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, a clear description, and photos of the issue.
  • Requests after 72 hours or without proof may not be eligible.

If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund (for qualified exceptions) at our discretion.
