EXCHANGE POLICY

Because of the personal and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer standard exchanges.

However, if you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement for the item in question.

Exchanges are only applicable for the same item originally purchased and are subject to availability.

We do not exchange on opened/used products (only sealed product).
