This Disclaimer provides transparency regarding our products, creative identity, truth-based inspiration, and symbolic storytelling. It is not a contract; your legal rights and obligations are governed by our Terms of Service.

1. Truth-Based Inspiration
INHAIRITED® identifies as a Truth-Based Luxury Brand—the first of its kind. While the term “faith-based” may be used for ease of recognition, we affirm that without Truth, there is no faith.
Our concept and theme are rooted in the Truth of Jesus Christ. While our products and services may at times include religious doctrine, ministry elements, newsletters, or emails sharing the Gospel, participation is optional and not enforced.
We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs to explore and enjoy our offerings.

2. Product Use & Medical Disclaimer
• Our products are intended for cosmetic use only.
• They are not formulated to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
• For external use only. Avoid eyes, ears, and mouth.
• If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

3. Results & Suitability Disclaimer
Because each individual is unique, results may vary depending on hair type, scalp condition, and usage. Not all products, accessories, or methods will suit everyone.
Always follow usage instructions, perform a patch test when applicable, and use at your own discretion.

4. Symbolism & Cultural Design
Our use of imagery such as vaults, crowns, safes, inheritances, and heritage motifs is symbolic of preservation, inner worth, and restoration. These are storytelling devices, not literal claims of value or ownership.
Some designs may be inspired by cultural beauty, heritage, or historical motifs. These are creative expressions that honor the richness of God’s creation and are not endorsements of other religions or belief systems.
These designs do not misrepresent God nor encourage other beliefs, but instead honor artistry, heritage, and mankind’s shared history as also reflected in the Bible.

5. Affirmations, Declarations & Sanctuary Content
At times, you may encounter:
• Affirmations & Declarations** (Scripture-based encouragements and faith-rooted proclamations).
• The Sanctuary (a wellness space offering Gospel-centered inspiration and optional email content).
These are shared to uplift, not impose. Participation is optional, and you may unsubscribe from special emails at any time.

Important: Sanctuary content, affirmations, and declarations are not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. They are spiritual reflections shared in faith.

6. Gallery Standards & Customer Images
INHAIRITED® curates content with truth- and faith-based principles of dignity, modesty, and sacred identity.
• Works containing overt sexual imagery, nudity, depictions of cross-dressing, or content contrary to our modesty standards may not be displayed.
• Submissions are reviewed with respect, but we reserve the right to accept or decline based on alignment with our mission.
We are not responsible for customer, potential customer, or visitor images, posts, or profile photos that do not align with our values.

7. Limited Editions & Archival Collections
Some products are limited editions or may be retired to our Museum Archive. Once discontinued, they may not return for purchase. We are not responsible to provide any additional once discontinued.

8. Affiliate & Partnership Disclosure
We feature affiliates, partnerships, and collaborations that reflect values aligned with our brand.
**However, we cannot guarantee that collaborators, participants, or organizations will always continue to reflect the values of INHAIRITED®.

9. Trademark & Trade Dress Protection
INHAIRITED® and all related packaging, vault-inspired designs, symbolic elements, and branding materials are protected trademarks and trade dress. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Brand Independence & Creative Expression
INHAIRITED® is an independent brand with its own identity, creativity, and symbolic storytelling.
Any use of common words, themes, or phrases is part of our unique concept and does not represent or misrepresent any other brand, company, or organization.
References, similarities, or thematic expressions should not be interpreted as partnerships, endorsements, or associations unless explicitly stated by us.
We are not responsible for misunderstandings where our creative expressions are confused with those of other entities.

Tutorials, tips, and techniques we share are for informational purposes only.
